2010 Taste of the Southside

 Smoke Eaters BBQ won the crowd over with their Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork, Hash Brown Cheesy Casserole and Arnold Palmer drink. This was only the second year Smoke Eaters BBQ has participated in the Taste of the Southside.

The Ribberfest Backyard BBQ Competition in Madison Indiana on 8/15/08.
This was our fist Cook Off competition we did and it was a lot of fun meeting all these great cooks.
We entered in the amateur level, not knowing what to expect, only reading about these competitions on line.
We missed our time line for entering our pulled pork, so that did not get judged.
We did place in the other 3 categories that we entered, not bad.
